First interview at recruiters office then scheduled for face-to-face at clients office with 5 team members. The second interview never happened because people who accepted the meeting just didn't show up or were too busy. The VP let me know that he apologized and would set up another interview. That never happened. I never received any feedback from the recruiter until l called and pressed him. I finally found out that the company hired from within. No call from the recruiter, no feedback from the company and no interview scheduled by the VP.
