All day interview. 30 minute technical presentation on any subject. Tour of engineering. Large group (30 people) and direct team (5 people) interviews about 30 minutes each. Individual interviews with HR manager, engineering manager. Met the owners. Took a personality test and an aptitude test. Met with HR manager to review benefits. The interview focused on technical skills and working on a team.

Great process. They have individual and group interviews. Then you need to give a 20 minute presentation on something you know about. Excellent format. I wish everyone did it that way.
