Got an email for a panel interview. this was a room of about 20 people and everyone was interviewing for different jobs, after that there is a phone interview where they let you know more specifics, then you interview with department director.

Interview
The interview was absolutely intimidating, it felt very rehearsed with questions that don't offer you the option to seem different. Straight forward and quick. They should be more willing to get to know their interviewees on a more interpersonal level and get to know who they are in person all the questions could also be answered online and it didn't seem beneficial to either party.

Group interview, Phone interview, 1 on 1 interview with the manager of the department. It went smoothly. Was offered the job within a week. The process of starting however, took forever.
