The interview process was lengthy; it took me a couple of months to get the job. However, at the end I was able to get in. Vegas doesn't have much corporate level talent and therefore the big casinos have no problem recruiting from out of state. This worked to my advantage I was looking to move from Ohio to be in the West Coast.
