Many interviews, a bit of disorganization since the initial interview is done from a different department at another location. When I showed up for my 2nd interview with the actual Director of Operations, he had no idea who I was and that they had scheduled an interview. I actually got the interview because i was waiting in front of the restaurant and he was walking by and thought I was a customer looking to talk to a supervisor.

its was pretty quick, interviewer went over the resume and ask questions along the way. interviewer was pretty nice and helped me get comfortable along the process. make sure to have eye contact and smile while doing an interview. Everyone in the office was nice as well. I hope i get an offer.
