I applied on line and got a phone interview within a few days. I was asked to come for an interview and to bring several copies of my résumé. There was a group interview, if you a shy or afraid to speak in front of others- you will not make it! Then a math test- you have to on swear twenty math problems correct in twenty minutes. After that they grade it and move you along to the one on one interview.

Initially I had a virtual interview where I was tested with simple math problems. I was hired after that interview then started training a week or two after. Training lasted a month then I was put on the floor after passing my test

As expected, dealt live hands in games I said I can deal. Dealt around 3-10 hands of each game, 3 games in total. Then proceeded to have a 1-1 interview with standard questions about my history and personal experience.
