Interview
The interview was very unorthodox and lacked a 1-on-1 process. The moderators of the interview were also dissatisfied with the manner with which the interview took place. Unfortunately one's substance as a prospective employee is not taken into account. Instead, a culture of nepotism tends to influence and at times dominate overall decision-making.
