It was a group interview with about 6 other people. We sat in a room with a lady from human resources and played a few ice breaker games. I guess the purpose was to see how outgoing and willing to participate you are. Everyone participated except for two people who barely even tried. Those two didn't move on to the next phase of the interview process.
