interview was face to face with a trainer, at the job location, questions are asked about your driving record( dui, dwi, are the main ones), type of hours worked( 6 days a week mostly, 8-12 hours a day), expectations of your conduct, type of pay (commission), and days of training involved, then they( trainer and management) will call you if a job is available to you.
