This was my second time interviewing because I wasnt chosen the first time around! The interview is very different from any regular interview, which is cool because they really make you show your personality! It's almost always going to be a panel interview with other candidates in the room. The first thing they ask you to do is to partner up with someone and get to know them so you can describe them to the panel. The second thing you have to do is to imitate a famous person. (the funnier the better) The third thing you have to do is tell the panel about a time you provided good customer service, or received good customer service. And the last thing they're gonna ask of you is to describe your favorite restaurant or vacation spot. After that the panel goes into the other room to discuss who they want to move on to the next interview step. They will then call you out of the room one by one to tell you if you did! Luckily all of us that came that day moved on to the next step. The HR manager then takes you back to their office to meet up with your department manager so you can interview with them. The manager basically ask you why do you want to work for the company. After that they show you around the department and if they like you, you will be hired on the spot.
