I attended a job fair. There were 3 rounds. First round, I was interviewed by a marketing manager about my resume, experience, and background. I also was asked what positions I was interested in. Next round, I met the department heads I would be working with if I were hired. They asked me a few questions, accepted my resume and application, and then asked me to wait in a group of other applicants for round three. Round three was group interview. Three department heads lead the group interview. Their main goal was to determine if the job was a good fit for us based on our participation and team work. This was a very fun and unique process!
