The interview process took about 3 weeks. Make sure you read the mission statement and know the definition of the work " integrity". I had an office visit and a scenario paragraph that I had only one day to respond to. The staff was nice and willing to answer all the questions I had. The office is really quiet and you are required to work independently and discretely.
Found the job posted online, submitted a resume and cover letter explaining interest for the job to the professor. Then had a one on one interview in their office. That was basically it.
