Began with a quick phone interview. Basic questions were asked and if passed, you moved onto an interview. Talked to two separate supervisors on interviewing as a temporary assistant in helping international student camps. Interviews primarily consisted of personality questions,in where being very sociable and talkative is a huge plus. Response after the interview was very prompt.
