Interview
The interview had 4 rounds. Each round had a different focus:
- HR Screening: To gauge your fit for the position
- Hiring Manager/Technical Round: To understand your experience and relavance wrt what Calfus is looking for.
- Technical Round: To dive deep into your understanding of technical aspects of the AI
- F2F meeting: Final round for meet n greet with the team
- HR round: For offer
