Interview
It was a panel Interview. Mostly behavioral questions like how do you multi-task, what tools do you use, any teamwork or communication skills, and etc. They also included a printout of the questions for you to refer to which I found to be very helpful and not something I see done often.

Question 1
Do you have any experience/examples of multitasking?
Pretty straight-forward. Not complicated questions. However, manager did say work load was high and phones were constantly ringing. Scared me away a bit, to be honest. Per usual, State hiring process takes a long while.
