I applied in-person. I interviewed at California ISO (Folsom, CA) in Dec 2019
Interview
I was a contractor at CAISO and applied online and talked to the manager and HR in person and got an interview 2 weeks after applying. The panel interview was one hour long and it was all technical.
Because the questions were hard, after the interview I asked a few managers and lead engineers the same questions and they didn't know the answers either.
