This company is completely inexperienced when it comes to conducting interviews—both the management and HR. The process was a total mess. HR is utterly incompetent. Unlike normal companies that schedule interviews via email, this one insists on calling at every step, which is incredibly inconvenient for anyone with a busy schedule or frequent work trips.
