I was first contacted for a phone interview from an HR rep shortly after I submitted my resume online, then about a week later had an interview on site with the community manager. I was set up with a third interview with the district and regional managers about 2 weeks later.

The interview process was seamless from beginning to end. From initially speaking with the Human Resources, team, to the Community Manager and lastly, the District Manager, everyone of them made me feel like this is a company I want to work for. Be prepared to show your knowledge of the property management industry, dress professionally, and let yourself be you. Don't overthink, just be confident in your abilities and smile!
