I had to meet with five different people over the course of two days before securing the position. There was an extensive background check and drug test, despite marijuana being legalized in Colorado. I think they were looking mostly for personality during the interview process and long-term career minded people, although most people I know have moved on from the company.

The interview process was very smooth and the hiring team always reached out promptly. The questions were substantive and helped give an idea of the requirements for the job I was applying for.
