      Sales Manager, Aftermarket Interview

      Sep 3, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Houston, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cameron (Houston, TX) in Aug 2012

      Interview

The interview process is not the same for everyone. It really depends on the hiring manager. It took a little over a month to receive an offer letter. There was several phone calls from the HR Manager. Whom I knew from the time I had previously worked for the company. Then the hiring manager was trying to decide which position to offer me, since he had multiple vacancies.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I was returning to the company (Cameron had acquired it), so it was very obvious that I had the experience and knowledge required for the position offered.
