Applied online. Then received an email from the recruiter asking to schedule time to speak, had a phone screen and was contacted again asking for an in person interview. Was told it would be about 30 minutes, ended up taking more than an hour. Two people interview me, they asked a lot of personal questions that didn't have anything to do with the position or company but it was just odd, not to where they we're necessarily against HR more like they had ADD and couldn't stay on track. After that I emailed the recruiter saying I completed the interview and hoped to hear back, he said he would talk with the guys that interviewed me and get back to me. Never heard back from the recruiter again, no decline email, nothing.
