Unprofessional response. Had to hound them for two weeks after the project was completed to get a weak response from the HR person. They love free design work and it's a Hunger Games sort of interview because of that. Never trust an employer who wants you to do free design work before you get the job because 9 times out of 10 they just want to steal your ideas.
