Got connected to the recruiter through a referral. Had an intro call with the recruiter - friendly, focused on asking about my background and goals and providing additional info about the company and role. Second interview was 2 interviewers, one mostly observing and one asking behavioral questions. Some straightforward "Tell me about a time..." and others a bit more tricky "How would your former boss rank you 1-10, and why?" Got rejected after the behavioral (couldn't tell you why...thought it went pretty well)
