Interview
Mostly standard interview process with the usual recruiter screen. However, the first impressions were not great due to what felt like a poorly organized team. Hearing back and scheduling a call took roughly a month, which really shouldn't be acceptable.
The call itself felt rushed and poorly thought out. The questions weren't particularly great and it didn't feel like responses were really fully understood.
When asking questions about the company and role, the responses were underwhelming and didn't evoke much confidence in the organization. There's good hiring teams and not so good hiring teams, and this process felt very off-putting throughout.
