Was interviewed during a job fair. It was pretty involved and thorough. They tested my typing, my issue resolution, and my technical knowledge. The job interview wasn't that difficult. There was some technical questions that I didn't know. There was some questions on customer service and conflict resolution within that scope as well as questions about leadership. It honestly was your standard interview fair save for additional basic IT questions.
