Applied on linked in. Initial process required to fill out competency based questions, followed by telephone interview and finally face to face interview. The whole process was well managed and experience was positive

I had an interview with the Interventional Director and a Senior Product Manager during an onsite visit at the company’s location. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and they made a clear effort to help me feel comfortable throughout the discussion. The conversation focused more on general behavioral topics, such as my strengths, weaknesses, and how I handle obstacles, rather than diving deeply into specific product management frameworks or technical questions.
