I found the process negative because I received all positive feedback - I was led to believe that I had the job and they were working out details of the offer and then I was told they were re-posting the position with no explanation as to why I didn't receive an offer

One interview and then job offer, Met with Director and Manager. Was recruited by CSA with a phone screening. Originally went in for Account Executive job and was offered the Senior Account Executive job.

One interview with the manager... another with a self-important twerp...third with area regional manager who basically just wanted his ring kissed. Nothing difficult, standard work experience questions. Interview lasted about an hour. Interviewer did most of the talking which is never a sign of competent or well-trained management.
