I first received an e-mail to make an appointment for a phone interview. During the phone interview, I was asked about my background for about 10 mins. Then we made an appointment for a face to face meeting twice with HR and my direct boss, and also took a writing test on laptop. A speaking test was conducted on a separate day. As a final stage, I met a senior manager for 30 mins. All process were very professional and respectful. Interview questions were nothing tricky but just regular questions. Whole process took about 2 months.
