Interview
Started with an HR rep, and a phone screening. Then progressed to an in-person interview with same HR rep, and two sales managers. They emphasized the opportunities that a career in sales possessed (unlimited earning potential, managing your day-to-day, etc.). They also were open about some of the challenges (rejection, being escorted out of buildings, getting past gatekeepers, weather, etc.)

Interview
I applied online through the website and heard back from the HR Recruiter about 2 weeks later. We had a general phone interview and then set up an in-person interview that consisted of two people in HR, and then the hiring manager. Then I was contacted for a second in-person interview where I had a job-shadow that took about half the day, where I went out with a rep. After I got back from the job-shadow I met with the director, that I would be reporting to, and had about a hlaf-hour interview and was offered the position on the spot.

Interview
The process of getting a sales job consisted of three interviews. The first was a phone interview with the HR director. That was very basic and pretty easy. The second was a 1 on 1 with the HR director and that was a little more in depth, but still not that intense. The last part was a 1 on 1 with your potential manager and a branch director.
