Interview
Did two written interviews first, and then 3 online interviews. First one is technical interview with a rude interviewer. Most questions are not common and seem from an internal question database. Second and third one are conversation based technical interviews, there are some basic customer service questions as well. The HR email clearly said what would be discussed in the interview, but the actual interview was completely different, so all my preparation was wasted.A lot of the questions focused on commands used in real work, and it’s difficult to prepare for them just by studying on your own. Apparently they want someone with experience but without saying it directly.

The questions were Linux-related. Linux commands must be specified exactly. Know Linux directories well enough to recall the folder structure from memory. Mainly about NIC, logs.
