Technical Skills Assessment / Online Tests Depends on the role (e.g., Ubuntu, Kubernetes, SRE, Python, support engineering). Could include: Linux troubleshooting questions Kubernetes scenarios Networking fundamentals Coding tasks (if applicable) 3. Manager Interview Conversation with the hiring manager. They evaluate your fit for the team, depth of experience, and motivation. 4. Panel Interview / Team Interview Final stage. You meet several team members. Expect scenario questions, technical deep-dives, and culture assessment.
