Multi-stage interview: written assessment, aptitude test, peer interview, tech interview, sales peer (!) interview. After all the stages came the final: complete ghosting. No feedback at all. It would be useful to at least get a standard response "unfortunately we deicded to proceed with a more suitable candidate".
