First you apply. If they think you are a fit, they will send you a set of questions beforehand to answer and submit anonymously. This can take a couple of hours. After you spend your time filling these answers, they will decide to contact or ignore you. I was scheduled for an interview and spoke to the recruiter. The recruiter asked the same questions as the questionnaire I submitted. Huge waste of time. After a long call with them, I never heard back after multiple follow-ups. They were very inconsiderate of my time. The vibe is more like a micromanaging start-up.
