The 1st step was the Written Interview. Something where you need to answer on 20 questions, super masive waste of time. After submitting it , I received the message from the manager that he is impressed with my answers and asking me about which role I would prefere more as they have 2 open roles. After that he disappeared, didn't answer on my messages. NOTHING .Totally ignorring me. Super rude and unprofessional!
