Quick reach out by employee of the company. Very responsive through the process and provided a summary of steps in the overall process.
The initial process before you talk to someone is very time intensive.
Before you reach someone you must complete:
1) A questionnaire of 30 - 40 questions, covering 4 sections: Education, Customer Success Experience, Technology and Context
Funny thing is it focus a lot on High School education. The excerise does prime you to think about your over career history.
2) Two Aptitude Tests

Interview
Quick response to application (2 days). The next step was to setup a written interview requiring paragraph answers for specific questions the covered your high school and university background to job specific questions. They asked for all identifiable information be removed from your submission. Once that submission was completed you then had to complete Psychometric assessments.
