This company has an absolutely ridiculous application process that is so time consuming and ridiculous that it is not worth doing.
They make you go through:
1. A written interview which has 25 questions that you need to answer in a Word doc
2. A 45 min psychometric test
3. A 3 hour take home coding test
4. Their interview scheduling website is broken and didn't report the times I put in the website, and then they scheduled interviews in the middle of the night.
5. They barely responded to any of my issues asking for feedback and the whole process takes 2-3 months (which is way too long).
Please do not apply for this company, it is not worth your time.
The interview process was well organized, with clear communication at every stage. Recruiters kept me informed, responded promptly, and ensured I understood the next steps throughout the process it was rewarding
Brutally long and difficult. They take their time so only apply if you have time and are dedicated to open source tech.
That being said they are very communicative so if you have any questions its not such a black box.
