I applied online. I interviewed at Canonical in May 2024
Interview
This was the strangest hiring process I’ve ever experienced. Despite applying for a senior position with over 10 years of experience, they asked me to complete a psychometric assessment and provide details about my high school grades and extracurricular activities. Overall, I found the process to be quite demeaning

I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Canonical (Cologne) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process was unnecessarily long and repetitive, spanning over three months with multiple rounds asking the same questions. I even completed the design task. But before I could present it, I had another HR interview… and got rejected right after. I never got the chance to actually share or explain my design. That really sucked.

Question 1
High school grades and how well i did in school which is like 10 years ago.
The interview process was not bad, maybe a bit too long for my taste, but overall they give you enough time to complete the questions they've prepared for the process. Unlike some other people's opinions, actually I like that they take into account your achievements so far in high school and university. For people who are still at the beginning of their careers, without much experience, this is very nice.
