One phone interview over the phone with HR, one technical interview with a manager. Overall a pleasant experience. The technical interview questions were not difficult, they were coding challenges but did not expect perfect syntax.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at CapTech (Richmond, VA) in Feb 2023

applied on linkedin and received a callback the next day. first round phone screening with lead recruiter the day after that. second round technical interview with software engineer manager (including a live coding challenge) about a week later. I think they got an influx of applications shortly after this because they said they would get back to me the next day, but ended up taking about a month to get back. they did let me know that it would be longer, though.
