Horrible. The process was irresponsible and disorganized. the recruiter scheduled a phone interview but had to reschedule it last minute. I sent the recruiter my availability for the next phone interview but never responded to about the rescheduling. After 2 weeks later, my emails were finally answered and we were scheduled for a phone interview the following week. I didn't receive any calls from the recruiter and they did not respond to my follow up email regarding if they were still available to talk. At least have the decency to respond to the emails and stop wasting other people's time over and over again.
