The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capacity Interactive
Interview
I spoke with a hiring manager over the phone and then had an in-person interview with one of the VPs. After the interview, I sent my thank you email. Nothing. I reached out again. Still nothing. CI does a phenomenal job of talking about how great they are. No office politics, no personal agendas. Why do companies advertise the exact thing that they are not? This company makes its money by hiring very young , easily manipulated employees who are paid about $44K. That is not a living wage in NYC. It’s less than nonprofits pay. So to say they are inclusive is a falsehood if you can only hire employees who are funded by their parents or a trust fund. The employees looked miserable, crammed up against one another, with barely any elbow room. But the company has a great reputation, so who knows.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capacity Interactive (New York, NY) in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview process was unique. They take a casual approach before focusing on the more technical aspects of the job. I went in and got to talk with several employees on the phone before my final interview.
