Easy interview, but knew I did not have a chance from the start. The interviewer was not personable and was very cold. She did not acknowledge anything I said or any questions/small talk I made. I had put time and effort into preparing for this interview and application, but I am not sure why I set aside time in my busy schedule for this. Apparently, you assign yourself roles in this company, so I am not sure why someone so uninterested/unpersonable would conduct interviews. How can I show that I am a good fit for the role if no one is there to meet me halfway? Honestly, it was so bad it felt like a social experiment. Needless to say, I did not hear back. Disappointing that a judgment was clearly made before I even had a chance. Seemed like a cool company with an incompetent person to represent it.

Interview
I applied in early April and heard back in early June. I had a phone screening that was very positive. I was told I would hear back that same day the next week. I didn’t hear back until 3 weeks later to schedule a second interview. I sent my available times for the next week. Halfway through the next week I hadn’t heard anything so I followed up. I then got a response saying they were no longer looking to fill the role. It’s very disheartening to be offered a second interview and then be told the role isn’t open anymore. I wish I could’ve had better communication. I was incredibly excited about the job and the company especially.
