I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in Sep 2022
Interview
The overall interview process was good, except for the HR. I had five interviews in total: - 1st with outsources HR company that was hired to find talents - 2nd with hiring manager (was very professional and keep it to the point) - 3rd with higher manager (more technical interview, very professional, although complicated) - 4th with hiring HR (it was very disappointing because she did not even know how many stages I have already passed and whom with I have already talked to) -5th interview was with a Senior partner (professional and to the point)

Question 1
Although I accepted the offer, a month later, they later told me that they have a financial crisis and could not proceed with my application.
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

Interview
I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capco in Apr 2026
Interview
The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
