Interview
Half a day at London office. Two one on one interviews, followed by a case study & feeding back the case study to a senior manager.
Negative feedback from the senior manager took three weeks to come through, in contrast, HR were excellent - in fact, another HR consultant at the firm cold-contacted me for a job at the firm during the three-week feedback wait. Disappointing.
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
