I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capco (Hong Kong) in Aug 2015
Interview
Highly unorganized process. Partner was late by 45 minutes for the meeting. CAPCO is nothing but a glorified body shop, so your skills, experience or the value you bring are immaterial. Only thing which matters in the recruiting process is that if they can put you in the project delivery role in HSBC or ANZ .
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in May 2026
Interview
I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capco in Mar 2026
