The interview process was exactly what you would want in an interview process. It was comfortable, casual, but descriptive of the role. For someone who always has questions during the process, I was surprised to realize my questions were being answered before I even asked! There were 4 rounds if you count initial screening, but they were quick to move on to the next interview, no long waiting period.

How do you feel your current/previous role ties in with the expectations of this role?
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
