First of all, thank you for taking the time to complete the interview process with Capco for the ATP and apologies that you did not receive your feedback in a timely manner. In the current climate, we have had to adapt our assessment centre process to a full virtual process, where we aim to come back to candidates with feedback within two weeks. Due to some of the changes to our process this year, it is sometimes taking a little longer than usual to get through all of our applications, and I understand your frustration with this. We will take your feedback onboard, and we are always looking for ways to improve our process. With regards to the feedback itself, it is always our aim to give constructive feedback to every applicant.
