The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (New York, NY) in Oct 2011
Interview
My interviewer was a foreign guy (Russian, I think) who was not part of the consulting practice. He worked in the tech side of the business. He asked a series of boilerplate behavioral questions, wrote down my answers, and generally acted disinterested. They had numerous interview rooms going and it generally felt very impersonal.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you've worked with a multicultural group.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini in Oct 2011
Interview
Very easy interview. It was one on one, and the interviewer was genuinely interested in getting to know you better. Capgemini doesn't do case interviews, so it is all behavioral. The interviewer mainly seemed to want to know if you would be a good fit at the firm. Expect the basic types of behavioral interviews, and know why you want to do software consulting. But otherwise, not too much you can do to prepare.

Question 1
Why Capgemini? Why do you want to work in technology consulting?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini in Dec 2010
Interview
First contacted by recruiter ans asked about general questions, then there was a 1:1 interview conducted by another consultant.
Main questions are around your own project experience (and you are free to pick out a few to demonstrate), and understanding about the product in general. The interviewer also introducted what sort of job they do (which is slightly different from what I did), very nice and relaxed interview.
