Interview was arranged through a reference . internal reference does matter in big companies. Interview took an hour long 1-on-1 interview. He asked me everything.. starting from my forst degree untill PhD. The softskills and hardskills i acquired. They really care about your physical appearance, so you must be in suit.

I got 3 interviews in total. The first one is with the HR team. Then, the second interview was with the team leader and the HR team. Then, the third interview was with the department team, team leader, and HR team.
