Interview
Interview process is easy and interviewer was good. But HRs are stupid and they don't have manners. Very lazy HRs and no value for the time of other people. They will not respond on time even you clear the interview and even after that they show their arrogance.
1st time I travelled 12 hours for the drive and when train got late HR denied to take interview.
2nd time I cleared everything but HR not replied.
Il processo è lungo e tedioso tipico di una grossa azienda, Due inutili incontri con il loro hr prima di passare ad un colloquio tecnico interessante e con persone disponibili e preparate.
First interview was with HR representative which evaluated if I was a good fit for a company. We talked about detail regarding my current situation, salary expectation, etc.
Second technical interview was with one of the engineers. We talked about my experience regarding embedded software and development.
