The Capgemini interview process consisted of multiple stages. First, there was an initial HR screening to discuss my background, experience, notice period, and salary expectations. This was followed by a technical interview, where I was assessed on my core skills, project experience, problem-solving abilities, and real-time scenarios relevant to my domain. The interviewer also asked questions about my previous projects and responsibilities. After successfully clearing the technical round, I attended the HR interview, which focused on my communication skills, career goals, willingness to work in different locations or shifts, and overall cultural fit. After completing all the rounds successfully, I received the offer from Capgemini."

Very good experience being interviewed by CAP Business Professionals. It was an hour long first interview and another hour long second interview. I was prepared and really very much enjoyed the process.
